I’m here is Eventstellar’s fourth single, released worldwide through Sólir Music on February 27, 2017. Recorded in November 2016 at The Warehouse Zone Studio, it was produced by Matt Dublin, mixed and mastered by Michael Nikou. This release deepens the band’s emotional and sonic exploration through three tracks:
“I’m here” is the song in its rawest form, a reflection on existence, disillusionment, and the search for meaning. Through its melancholic yet resolute lyrics, it stands as a declaration of presence in a world that often feels indifferent.
“The Best Days of My Life” channels a punk-infused energy inspired by Pink Floyd and U2’s early rebellious spirit. The track echoes Jesse Rómlárson’s memories of youthful ambition, when dreams were built alongside his band and a complete family, reaching for something greater.
“Underground” is a raw introspective dive into the monotony of survival and the longing for escape. Capturing the weight of routine, disillusionment, and the search for something real. Through gritty verses and a hauntingly reflective tone, the song paints the image of a soul trapped in a life of repetition, suffocated by the sameness of existence.
This single captures Eventstellar’s evolving artistic depth, blending nostalgia, defiance, and introspection into a powerful musical statement.
