A school tale (Early Session)
Written by Jesse Rómlárson
In a strange country where anarchy rules
There is a school where you can go
In there they teach you how to confront life
But everything, everything is a lie
They teach you the beautiful things of life
How to work in an enterprise
How to give completely all your time
And they won’t tell you, how the jungle is outside
That’s the school, wake up, wake up
That’s the school…
That’s the school, wake up, wake up
That’s the school…
Go; go, far away, escape from the system is the only way!
Go; go, far away,
Far away!
How pathetic it is, when we sit in a chair
Listen hours and hours to the same shit
Wasting years of our precious lives
Looking for a ticket to real life
At last when we receive the paper on graduation day,
The metamorphosis begins from a student to a company slave
From a company slave to a forgotten old man (and woman)
That’s the school, (what are they going to do if we know the truth?)
That’s the school…
That’s the school, wake up, wake up
That’s the school…
Why a stupid person, you call professor,
Teaches you things that you can learn in books today?
In books today
Everything is a total chaos
Everything we know is wrong
One master plan to rule them all
That’s the way how things must be done
In this crazy world
In this crazy world
They try to change you
They try to crush you
They try to convert you
They try to rule our lives
In the school…this a school tale
