“Eve” is Eventstellar’s fifth extended play, a celestial homage to Iris Eve Sunnyday Hewson, Jesse Rómlárson’s second Irish muse. Released on July 7, 2019, the seven tracks blend themes of love, cosmic wonder, and transcendental storytelling, marking a pivotal chapter in the band’s artistic evolution.
The extended play opens with the title track, “Eve”, a poetic and ethereal tribute to its muse, setting a reflective and celestial tone. “The Queen of My Tune” follows, blending heartfelt lyrics and soaring melodies in a powerful ode to devotion and inspiration.
“Killiney Station” shifts to a narrative rooted in Irish romance, capturing the beauty of chance connections with wistful storytelling. The centerpiece, “The Ballad of Iris Eve Hewson”, offers a moving and elegant tribute, showcasing Eventstellar’s lyrical depth and musical artistry.
